I'm afraid that your logic, though attractive and, indeed, logical, is not Suvian logic and is therefore not applicable. It has been far too long since I worked on this MST ... living with three guys who would all be disgusted by the next section and who all shamelessly read things over my shoulders hasn't helped though.
